Southside House has been used to great success over the years as a location for feature, television and documentary productions. Its unique and eclectic decorative styles and furnishings provide a variety of period settings, and there are two acres of cultivated and wild garden.

Scenes have been filmed here for Goodbye Mr Chips, the BBC's Gormenghast, Fooling Hitler, Galileo, Possession.

Fashion, personality and product shoots shot at Southside have featured in leading national and international magazines such as Marie Clare, Vogue, Gardens Illustrated, Homes & Gardens and Harpers & Queens.
PLEASE NOTE. SOUTHSIDE HOUSE IS A FAMILY HOME AS WELL AS AN HISTORIC HOUSE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, THEREFORE FILM AND PHOTOHGRAHY USE OF THE HOUSE HAS TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE DUAL NATURE OF SOUTHSIDE.
